To guarantee high-quality products and a sustainable business model, production and business processes at PAV are certified accordingly:
The security of personal data is a matter that is increasingly focused upon by the public and by business enterprises. PAV therefore sets high standards of information security. Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 27001 by DQS, the German Association for the Certification of Management Systems. This international standard documents the security and quality of IT-based business processes, and thus ensures the security of your customer data.
Protecting the environment is a fundamental element of our corporate responsibility. To that end, PAV has implemented a comprehensive eco-management system in recent years. This forms the basis for all environment-related activities of the company. PAV has been granted DIN ISO EN 14001 certification for its eco-management system. The company’s programmes and strategies for protection, and their further advancement, are subject to continuous review in the form of annual eco-management audits. Since certification was granted, the company’s environmental achievements have been continuously improved. In the years ahead, PAV will maintain its certification under DIN ISO EN 14001.
Quality has been a key criterion for industrial production since the start of the 20th century. Whereas the focus was initially on quality control only, such as the removal of defective products, quality management nowadays involves the all areas within the enterprise as a whole. The first international quality management standards were first defined in 1987.Since then, quality management has been defined as “coordinated activities to direct and control an organisation with regard to quality”.
The quality management system at PAV was first certified in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 9002 standard in 1993. Since 2002, the system has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001.
