The task: Despite carrying the same product lines, each Sport 2000 partner has the freedom to present and market oneself independently. Therefore, the "Sports & Smile Card" needed to be customizable to properly reflect every partner’s unique design.
The solution: Apart from the programming of an individual database, the need for further direct marketing, order entry/data processing and the production of the plastic cards, Sports 2000 needed to be able to customize the card according to its retailers’ wishes. Digital printing offered the best choice. Not only could all paper based marketing materials be printed digitally, but also the foils of the front and the back of the card as well. As a result, every retailer could retain their own look and feel.
