PAV realized the Allgäu-Walser-Card in accordance with the specifications of the county Oberallgäu and the municipality Mittelberg (Kleinwalsertal). The contactless card simplifies the tourist registration. Moreover, it enables all guests the reduced and cashless access to the infrastructural facilities of the region. This system comes with an intelligent accounting and clearing system, which enables all involved parties to offer services and to carry out transaction with it. Naturally the Allgäu-Walser-Card fulfills all data protection provisions. Currently the Allgäu-Walser-Card is very popular. Many communities define individual service packages for tourists and use the card for their marketing.
